OAD自2012年起開始產出美國百大餐廳、歐洲百大餐廳等榜單,規模有日漸擴大的趨勢,今年三月才公布日本五十大餐廳,上個週末則換歐洲榜單登場。翻開歐洲榜單,與世界五十最佳餐廳大相逕庭,但如同我們觀看世界五十最佳餐廳的角度,排名或許不真的重要,這些餐廳也的確是檯面上的一時之選,相當值得信賴。
但真正讓我驚訝的是,OAD似乎今年聲勢壯大了起來,因為本次歐洲榜單發布,在哥本哈根辦了三場活動,廚師名單棒到歪掉,我一定要貼在下面給大家瞧瞧。如果OAD能讓這些廚師齊聚一堂做菜,他們的勢力不容小覷。餐飲評鑑的影響力又要洗牌了嗎?
