Chefs Eat》涵蓋了超過400位廚師在世界各大城市的口袋餐廳,收錄了超過2,000則的餐廳推薦,其中更不乏名氣響叮噹的國際名廚:David Chang、Rene
Redzepi、Sean Brock、Eric Ripert、Ferran Adria、Danial Boulud、April Bloomfield等。這也是一本「重量級」鉅著,厚達700頁。
本書是由英國衛報(The Guardian)的餐飲寫手Joe
Warwick所編輯,內容依國家及城市排列,並包含趣味評論、廚師名言錦句、聰明地圖與易於使用的編排方式。除了實體發行,本書也將會有電子的iPhone及iPad版本。預計於2013年1月由出版商Phaidon發售。
